A bohemian-styled cozy studio, filled with warmth and tranquility, features natural wood floors that enhance the earthy vibe. Plants hang gracefully from the ceiling, bringing life and freshness into the space, while stunning mandala paintings adorn the walls, adding a sense of spiritual depth. The abundance of natural light floods the room, casting a soft, soothing glow that amplifies the grounding, healing energy that seems to flow effortlessly through every corner. This serene environment invites peace and a deep sense of connection to self and surroundings.

Pricing:

• $500 per month — This price includes 10 hours of space rental per week. This is geared towards massage therapists, acupuncturists , somatic therapists, personal trainers, etc , looking for an affordable place to rent and a community to tap into. We only have 5 spots available for this one. Open shifts are Mon-Fri 8a-1 pm, or 1:30-6:30 pm. 

•  $50 hr for short term weekly rentals (must be regularly scheduled once a week) 

•  $75 hr one time rentals ($10 discount for over 5 hr)

Our outdoor deck on 4862 Voltaire Street offers a dreamy escape from the hustle and bustle of Ocean Beach. Surrounded by lush passion fruit vines and vibrant plants, it’s an idyllic setting for all types of events. Conveniently located in the heart of OB, yet tucked away for privacy, this hidden gem provides the perfect space for intimate gatherings.

• $50 hr for short term weekly rentals (must be regularly scheduled once a week) 

•  $75 hr one time rentals ($10 discount for over 5 hr)
