Seva Programs

Strong movements expand to lend a helping hand.

In sanskrit, Seva means service. A prominent part in the Yogic path is selfless service. Ancient yogis knew very well that the journey home to Oneness requires acts of service to others. This is the physical implication of alignment to that knowing of union. We must do all that we can to help our communities and beyond, as our existence on this planet is inextricably interwoven.

SEVA SUPPORT

reUnify Yoga’s Seva Support is a fund allocated to provide sliding scale options for those who can’t afford a Yoga Teacher Training. We open up this option to all, but prioritize submissions from the BIPOC (Black.Indigenous.Person of Color) community. Based on number of applicants, it can be a 30-60% discount through grant money funded by a match between the studio and the community. We commit to offering 3 grants for our 200hr YTT program.

We raise money for these sliding scale options through raffles at monthly events, fundraisers, donations, and from the studio ourselves. We believe that the sacred teachings of this path should not only be accessible to everyone, but that there is diversity within the teachers who pass them on.

Interested in making a donation to help support our program? Email us - hello@reunifyyoga.com

About Indigenous Re-Generation:

All of our programming is designed from an Indigenous view, overseen by elders on our board and is aligned with holistic practices for modern benefits.”
