ThetaHealing opens up new neural pathways in the brain which create new ways of being, feeling, responding and creating.

reUnify Yoga’s 200hr Yoga Teacher Training is an expansive journey back to the heart of Yoga. Not only will you learn the roots of this practice & how to become a strong teacher, you will be a part of a group that will support you and grow with you on this path home in finding Yoga, Union within.
From vinyasa, hatha, & pranayama teaching modalities, to an in-depth study of philosophy, history, and self discovery practices.. this teaching certification is a well rounded introduction to the Yogic path.

Seva Programs
In sanskrit, Seva means service. reUnify Yoga studio in Ocean Beach is a community of service. This is why we have created the Seva Membership & Seva Scholarship programs. We raise donations through studio memberships, raise funds at community events & match the money raised - to give back to nonprofit organizations, & provide scholarship opportunities for yoga trainings, workshops & more.
Digital Studio
The reUnify Digital Yoga Studio is our way of connecting with students around the globe. There's an option to access livestreams and practice with community, as well as philosophy-centered curation of classes.
