Lead Instructor: Nikki Rae Bose
Nikki Rae Bose is the creative mind behind reUnify Yoga. Originally from Chicago, she moved to SD 15 years ago, fell in love with one of her greatest teachers through the magic of surfing-- the Ocean-- and committed to creating a life here.
She has over 500 hours of training, with thousands of hours of teaching experience. She's been teaching asana since 2012, pranayama since 2017, and leading yoga teacher trainings that have a strong focus on philosophy, breathwork and authentic voice expression, since 2019.
She has this earth and ocean mama vibe out her— a deep raspy voice that connects everyone to their roots but a playful energetic pulse that ebbs and flows between crack-your-heart-open philosophy and cracking jokes. Being a new mom, she has a way of holding a maternal container that gives you the space to explore your own inner happenings (however emotional or neutral), and permission to follow what your body needs.
What can you expect from her classes? Feeling like we're all in this together, a reminder that life is some sort of cosmic giggle to learn a little something from, and an opportunity to integrate traditional yoga philosophy with & through physical movement.
Guest Teachers
What past trainees have said:
“This was a very well rounded and informative 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. The heart of yoga and the ancient traditions were prioritized and encouraged to be preserved where there is a lot of westernized appropriation in the US. I feel very educated on not only the foundations of yogic principals, but how to keep peoples bodies safe, and how to be inclusive and trauma informed. I was also guided through a lot of my own personal healing and spiritual growth and fostered some really beautiful connections with my fellow classmates. I believe Reunifys training may be one of, if not the best YTT in San Diego.” - A.H
“reUnify Yoga is one of the best yoga studios and schools in San Diego. I am so grateful I learned under Nikki Bose, so I could learn not only how to become a strong teacher, but to understand Yoga as a way of life and an infinitely expansive spiritual path. This place is the real deal and I can't recommend doing a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training here enough!” - S.M
“Completing the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program at reUnify Yoga changed my life. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this training to anyone & everyone who has a passion to teach or simply deepen their own practice.” - B.F
“reUnify had everything I was looking for in 200hr Yoga Teacher Training - knowledgeable instructors with unique perspectives, deep connections with peers, and plenty of practice teaching! I learned so much about yoga, its history, and its application to modern day. I'm grateful for my experience at reUnify. Thank you, Nikki, for setting up such a thorough program.” - M.B

Seva Support
reUnify Yoga’s Seva Support is a fund allocated to provide sliding scale options for those who can’t afford a YTT. We will open up this option to all, but prioritize submissions from the BIPOC (Black.Indigenous.Person of Color) community. Based on number of applicants, it can be a 30-60% discount through grant money funded by a match between the studio and the community. We commit to offering 3 grants.
We raise money for these sliding scale options through raffles at monthly events, fundraisers, and donations. We believe that the sacred teachings of this path should not only be accessible to everyone, but that there is diversity within the teachers who pass them on.
